ISO STYLE® Experience Workshops in Bangalore /India
My journey to India this year was once again filled with deep and powerful impressions. Every visit to this incredible country opens my heart and mind in new ways — through the people, the culture, the energy, and the moments of connection that stay with me long after I return home.
One of the highlights of this trip were two ISO STYLE Experience Workshops in Bangalore, made possible by Dr. Saraswathi Rajatesh, who organized these events.
The workshops took place at two different locations: Genesis Praveen Studio and SRX Fitness Studio — each with its own atmosphere, energy, and unique group of participants.
A Community Open to New Experiences
What made these workshops so special was the diversity of the participants. Some were professional dancers, others came from fitness backgrounds, and some had never taken a dance class before.
Yet for everyone, ISO STYLE was something completely new.
And that is exactly where the magic happens.
ISO STYLE works from the inside out. Through internal, body-centered movements rooted in archetypal elements of oriental dance and street dance, participants can connect to the movement very quickly — regardless of their previous experience.
The workshop was not about perfection or choreography.
It was about experiencing movement, developing body awareness, and discovering personal expression.
Watching each participant find their own connection to the movement is always the most powerful moment for me as a teacher.
Energy, Openness and Inspiration
Both studios welcomed me with incredible warmth. The appreciation, curiosity, and positive spirit in the rooms created a beautiful atmosphere for learning and exploration.
At Genesis Praveen Studio, the participants brought a strong artistic energy and deep interest in movement exploration.
At SRX Fitness Studio, the workshop connected strongly with a fitness-oriented community that quickly discovered how intuitive and empowering ISO STYLE can be.
Seeing how people from completely different backgrounds can connect through movement is always inspiring.
Gratitude
I am deeply grateful to everyone who participated in these workshops — for your openness, your energy, and your courage to try something new.
And of course, a special thank you once again to Dr. Saraswathi Rajatesh for making these workshops possible.
Experiences like these remind me why I created ISO STYLE:
to bring people together through movement and to help them reconnect with the intelligence and expression of their own bodies.
